Ben graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2015 with a Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost).
Whilst training, Ben has qualified in medical acupuncture in addition to a number of courses in kinesio-taping. Ben strongly believes a combination of these techniques along with good rehabilitation will result in a more efficient recovery for the patient.
Ben’s passion for osteopathy sparked from an early exposure to elite sporting competition and unfortunately injury. Ben’s running and racket sport background has set him up with a good knowledge on how injury can impact someone’s lifestyle. This resulted in a real want to help others with their injuries/pain, maintaining a healthy, functioning body.
Ben uses a very structural approach, adopting a wide variety of hands on techniques to get to the origin of the issue(s). Ben believes in making sure the patient is on the journey with him, explaining what is going on and reassure the patient what needs to be done to aid the problem.
Whilst not in clinic and keeping fit, Ben has established himself as a bit of a chess whizz, with his title as ‘UK under 18’s Gigafinal Champion’ being his greatest feat.
