Meet Zaneta Kwiecien | Registered Osteopath & Women’s Health Specialist
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Zaneta Kwiecien, a highly accomplished Registered Osteopath and Sports Rehabilitator, to our clinic team here in Guildford.
Zaneta brings a unique, powerhouse combination of clinical expertise and movement-focused rehabilitation to GW Osteopathy. Holding a Bachelor of Osteopathy from the London School of Osteopathy alongside a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, she is perfectly equipped to bridge the gap between hands-on structural pain relief and long-term functional recovery.
Zaneta specialises in two core clinical areas: Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Care.
Dedicated Women’s Health & Postnatal Osteopathy in Surrey
As an advanced Women’s Health Specialist, Zaneta provides deeply empathetic, evidence-based care for women navigating the profound physical changes of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery. She is currently advancing her postgraduate expertise with the prestigious Molinari Institute of Health and is a fully registered Mummy MOT MSK clinician.
Drawing from both her rigorous clinical training and her own personal experience of motherhood, Zaneta understands the physical frustrations women often quietly endure. She provides a safe, supportive environment to assess and treat:
- Pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic girdle pain (PGP)
- Postnatal structural recovery and core rebuilding
- Safe, confident return to exercise and local running or fitness groups
Specialised Scar Tissue Therapy
Recovery from abdominal or pelvic surgeries requires targeted, gentle care. Zaneta utilises advanced myofascial techniques and IASTM (Graston Technique) to treat scar tissue following C-sections, pelvic surgeries, or trauma-related scarring—helping to restore tissue elasticity, reduce local restriction, and improve overall comfort.
Advanced MSK Care & Sports Performance
Zaneta’s expertise extends well beyond the clinic room to elite sports fields. Her treatment philosophy seamlessly blends traditional medical osteopathy with dynamic, functional rehabilitation. Thanks to a prestigious Fellowship in Applied Functional Science at the Gray Institute (USA), she looks at the whole body in motion to uncover the true root cause of your discomfort.
Zaneta has extensive experience optimising movement and managing injuries for recreational and elite athletes alike, including:
- The Guildford Flames Ice Hockey team
- Professional rugby and football players in Gibraltar
- Surrey-based runners, cyclists, and dancers
- Patients navigating complex post-surgical rehabilitation
Whether you are looking to run your next Surrey Hills trail, return to dance, or simply walk up the stairs pain-free, Zaneta designs bespoke exercise and treatment programmes tailored exclusively to your lifestyle goals.
